I always introduce myself by saying: YES, I led a sedentary lifestyle for 20+ years and was limiting myself to the real potential and capacities I had.

Today, I am a certified personal trainer. My focus is on women’s fitness, ensuring your training session is compatible with your goals. My approach is to cover and teach you all aspects of training, bringing variety in your sessions while aligning with your menstrual cycle, energy levels and emotional well-being.
